Completed schematic design for the golf club in 2018. Proud to have worked with the management and member representative to present the new design to the board and membership. We helped craft the design for this renovation and addition as well as a new wine cave and tower. The existing tower was torn down and reconstructed to be more functional and safe for small group assembly and added an elevator to the tower. This club has been brought into the 21st century while still honoring the original design by Texas architect O’neil Ford. Total project cost $24 million. (credit: Stantec)
