This house almost double in size adding an additional 905 sq ft to the existing 723 sf house, totaling 1,628 sq ft. This is a budget friendly addition to an existing home, the owner had an existing foundation, but construction was stopped in the 80s, a structural engineer certified the existing foundation, and it was brought up to code by extending the foundation taller to achieve the required frost depth.
